1. We purchased liability insurance which covered Cargo Damages & Loss, Errors & Omissions, Customs Liability, Third Party Liability with a limit of RM1 million to protect our client’s cargo for unforeseen situation.

2. Trans Pacific Total Logistic is a member of Federation of Malaysian Freight Forwarder & Selangor Freight Forwarder Association which means all our operation is comply with standard trading conditions according to shipping & customs regulation.

3. Go for Green – Trans Pacific Total Logistic is practising E-filing & paperless documentation since 2017.

4. All of our logistics coordinator possess UNESCAP Certificate in MTO Freighting, which has been designed and developed with the co-operation of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia Pacific (UNESCAP)
